It did just what I needed it to do.

I signed up thinking it was a one-time fee, not a monthly charge, after watching their 'sales pitch' video. Turns out, it’s a monthly deal. Then they offered me an 'upgrade' to an annual plan for a lot less cash overall. I regretted hitting that button right away and tried to cancel multiple times, but they told me the terms and conditions didn’t allow for refunds. I reached out to customer service just 15 minutes after signing up, but they stuck to their no-refund rule. They claimed they canceled my subscription but said I still have 'complimentary' access to the app that I paid for. Now, I’m left paying for a 'complimentary' plan that I won’t even use for a whole year. I don’t remember seeing anything about no refunds or terms when I 'upgraded,' but the site boldly states a money-back guarantee for the first 30 days—only for the monthly plan, though. These practices are super misleading.

I really appreciated how quickly Savannah adapted when we couldn't connect the usual way because of my area code. She genuinely engaged with me through her questions and answers. I had my queries jotted down to make the most of our limited time. Savannah was upfront about the questions she couldn't answer and provided some solid recommendations. I was super thankful to discover a feature on the plan that I didn't even know existed until Savannah pointed it out. I'm making the most of that feature now. So far, I'm really enjoying the G-plan. Big thanks to Savannah for not pushing me into another costly one-on-one nutritionist session, even though it was on the table. I do look forward to scheduling another appointment with her down the line. For now, we're keeping in touch via email. I can only imagine how many emails Savannah has to deal with, but she still makes time to respond to mine, just like she promised. Also, a shoutout to Carlee for checking in via email to ensure everything went smoothly.

I had my first nutrition consultation with Michelle Hazenbush from G Plans, and it was incredibly beneficial. I enrolled in their 8-week managed program, which provides me with fully personalized daily meals, along with four bi-weekly consultations and access to a ton of recipes and other features of G Plans. Michelle addressed all my inquiries and sent a thorough email afterward that summarized our discussion, along with extra resources and tips. I'm really excited to kick things off and shed those last 25 pounds while boosting my overall health and energy!

She listened attentively to my concerns. Additionally, she assisted me in figuring out my G-plan App for the features I found confusing. I'm also glad she clarified how I can enhance my plan for the extra support I require. I'm eager to have her assist me through my challenges so I can succeed.

She was super friendly and really knew her stuff. Michelle took the time to understand what I was looking for in a plan and made sure to tweak it to suit my needs, all while keeping an eye on my weight loss goals. She was always on time for our meetings and asked all the right questions about my health and lifestyle. I’m really looking forward to seeing the benefits of this new G-Plan, and I can’t thank Michelle enough for her hard work.

Brandon was super friendly, kind, and professional all at once. He proposed a better deal on the plan I was about to ditch, plus a few extra perks. He really paid attention to my concerns and was incredibly nice and empathetic.
